I had the chance to try products from PARNEVU hair care. As you know my hair can get unruly, with it’s bratty frizz and grumpy dryness! Tea tree oil is known to help with such issues so I decided to select from the T-Tree line of hair care products. Now as usual, I want to give you darlings my honest opinions! So be forewarned that I enjoyed some things and dis-liked some as well. Here goes…
PARNEVU T-Tree Shampoo
I’m not a fan of the scent. It’s nothing horrible to some but I have a very sensitive, puppy-like nose. So when I don’t like a certain fragrance, my sense of smell makes it seem extreme. Luckily the smell doesn’t truly transfer to my hair. The T-Tree Shampoo has made a difference in flakes and itchy scalp moments…I had none while using this shampoo. I did however notice that my hair seemed extremely dry, which struck odd to me since it is supposed to moisturize. I didn’t give up, I know much too well that everyone is different and I’ve had tweak product usage numerous times! So I tried using it another way on the next shampoo, I tossed the directions right out of my head! Turns out I was using too much for my hair. I reduced the amount of PARNEVU T-Tree shampoo I used by half. I also washed and rinsed thoroughly just once instead of twice as directed on the bottle. I immediately noticed my hair felt much softer instead of dry and brittle like my first attempt. Using the right amount for your hair is a big part of using products. I found the right way to use PARNEVU T-Tree Shampoo for my hair. I like the results and the product actually lasts me longer, so that gets two thumbs up!
PERNEVU T-Tree Break Control
I was pumped to try PARNEVU T-Tree Break Controlbut unfortunately I am not a fan. 🙁 I won’t say it is a bad product, I don’t actually believe that. I know many others who this works amazingly for! It just did not work for me. PARNEVU T-Tree Break Control is a bit to heavy and thick for my hair. The texture is creamy and rich, think awesome body butter but for your hair! I just couldn’t make my hair and T-Tree Break Control play nice. With every use my hair was weighed down and sad. Also, the scent lingers on my hair and as I said with T-Tree Shampoo, I don’t like that smell. Again, I didn’t give up! From the quality appearance and my friends praises of this product, I just couldn’t let the whole jar go to waste! Usually “eye spy” a mother with grabby hands but this time I was a daughter with pushy hands! I gave PARNEVU T-TREE Break Control to my mother, who has a different hair type than I do. She’s been gladly using it and the jar is nearly empty…refill time soon. 🙂 I would love if PARNEVU developed a light version of this and change that scent, I really think my hair would love it!
PARNEVU T-Tree Leave-In Conditioner
Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner! Clearly, I am happy with PARNEVU T-Tree Leave-In Conditioner despite not liking the scent. It’s just the right consistency for my hair and doesn’t weigh it down or leave it feeling greasy! I use it only once a week to really lock in moisture. I apply a quarter size amount to my hair after washing, tie my hair up into a bun and let it air dry. My ends tend to get dry so I concentrate on that area the most and really work it in gently. When I let my hair down the next day it is shiny, soft and happy. Plus, my hair isn’t left smelling like the product at all, the smell actually goes away. PARNEVU T-Tree Leave-In Conditioner could be used more, daily even, but for me it does enough just once weekly. I did not share this one with mother…don’t judge me! 😉
